Prerana ISC (Ignatian Spirituality Centre) is a Jesuit institution under the Karnataka Province of the Society of Jesus, dedicated to offering the riches of Ignatian spirituality to priests, religious, and laity. Rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, we seek to accompany individuals and communities on their journey toward a deeper encounter with God.
Our centre provides a sacred space for prayer, reflection, and discernment — a place where the ancient wisdom of the Ignatian tradition meets the pressing spiritual needs of our times.

The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius are a 4-week structured programme of prayer, meditation, and discernment — the heart of everything we offer at Prerana ISC.
We begin by contemplating God's overwhelming love and goodness, honestly facing our sinfulness, and receiving the mercy of a God who restores us.
We walk with Jesus through his public ministry, learning to hear God's call and grow in the art of Ignatian discernment of spirits.
We enter into the suffering and death of Jesus, accompanying him in love and learning the deep solidarity that flows from a contemplative heart.
We rejoice in the Risen Christ and receive our mission — sent into the world as instruments of God's love, justice, and consolation.
